Dr. Wesley Spruill, a Tuscaloosa, Ala. native, is medical director of the SpineCare Center. Dr. Spruill leads a team of physicians, physical therapists, nurses, case managers and a psychologist to offer state-of-the-art services and advanced procedures. Dr. Spruill is board certified in anesthesiology, with additional certification in pain management. He is a highly trained pain specialist, certified by the American Academy of Pain Management. In fact, Dr. Spruill is one of only a handful of physicians in Alabama certified to perform some pain-relief procedures.
